At Natulim you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return on any product, with no need to give a reason. This form is the official channel to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 on distance contracts.

Before you continue, please keep the following conditions in mind:

• The product must not have been opened or used.
• The request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Once we receive and inspect the items at our facilities, we will process your refund minus the return shipping cost, confirmed in advance.

If you'd like to return only some items from your order, please list them in the Note field at the bottom of the form.
