SHIPPING POLICY
Are recurring subscription shipments free?
Yes. All recurring subscription orders include completely free shipping, one of the many benefits of subscribing.
Is standard shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over €25. For orders below €25, we offer very reasonable shipping rates so you can try our products.
When is my order prepared and shipped?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona. During holidays or promotional periods (such as sales), preparation time may be slightly longer. We operate Monday to Friday, and under normal conditions orders are prepared within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping takes place on the next business day after preparation. Please note that we do not ship orders during weekends.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the type of product purchased and the shipping method selected:
🏠 Home delivery: 4 business days
📬 Mailbox delivery (when available):
- Mailbox Shipping: 4 business days
Will I be charged additional taxes?
No. All shipping taxes are included.
Can I get a tracking code?
Tracking codes are only available for premium shipping.
For other orders, we use standard postal delivery, which does not include tracking.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We will refund the purchase price of the product as long as it has not been used.
If you would like to return a product, please contact us at natulim@natulim.com and we will explain the return process.
Guarantee Conditions
- The return must be requested within the first 30 days after purchase.
- The product must not have been used.
- The refund will be processed once the products are received and verified at our facilities, and the previously confirmed return cost will be deducted.
- If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, or if you have already purchased the product before, we will not be able to offer a refund.
NATULIM GUARANTEE – EXCEPTIONAL RETURN
The Natulim Guarantee applies exclusively to the following products: Laundry detergent strips and Floor cleaning strips, only if it is the first time these products are purchased.
Natulim Guarantee Conditions
- Applies only to the first purchase of laundry detergent strips and floor cleaning strips.
- If you try it and are not satisfied with the result, we will refund your money.
- The maximum number of products covered by this guarantee is three units.
Exceptions to the Natulim Guarantee
- If the customer purchases additional products, those items are not covered by the Natulim Guarantee. The customer will need to cover the return shipping cost, and the remaining amount will be refunded only if the product is returned in good condition.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. If the refund still does not appear, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at natulim@natulim.com, and we will help resolve the issue.
SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS
For items purchased on sale or with a discount, the refund will be issued at the same price paid at the time of purchase, taking into account any applied promotion or discount.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at natulim@natulim.com to arrange the replacement.
CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
Orders placed using cash on delivery cannot be refunded in cash. In case of a return, we will provide a coupon or store credit equivalent to the purchase value, which can be used for future purchases in our store.
We recommend choosing other payment methods if you want the option to receive a monetary refund.
