Legal Terms and Conditions: Natulim "Winter Sale" Promotion
1. Organizing Entity
This promotion is organized by ECOLLIM HOLDINGS SL (hereinafter, Natulim).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion will be valid from February 1 to February 11, 2026, both inclusive, or while supplies last.
3. Promotion Mechanics
The offer consists of a discount on the second item purchased within the same order:
- Standard Discount: 30% off the second item.
- Subscription Discount: If the customer chooses the subscription option, the promotional discount is combined with the standard subscriber discount, allowing up to 50% off the second item.
4. Application Conditions
- Different Products: The promotion does not apply to identical products (for example, purchasing two boxes of 40-wash detergent will not activate the discount).
- Discount Calculation: The discount will always be applied to the lower-priced product (RRP) in the cart.
- Included Products: The promotion applies to the entire website catalog, including Bundles and the Natulim Kēr line.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
This promotion cannot be combined with other discount coupons or special promotions, except for the subscription discount mentioned in section 3. In the event of a partial return that invalidates the promotion conditions, the refund will be processed after deducting the proportional part of the applied discount.
