Our products are formulated to provide effective and gentle cleaning, but in some cases (water type, usage, wash cycle, etc.) small adjustments may be needed. Here are the most common situations and how to easily fix them:

🧺 The laundry strips leave little scent

Regarding the fragrance of our detergents, since we don't use harsh ingredients and opt for gentler formulas (for your skin and the environment), the scent doesn't "cling" to clothes as much as we're used to.

This, in addition to being more eco-friendly, is also better for fabrics: it prevents the pores of the fabric from getting clogged, which over time can cause unpleasant odours (such as sweat) and fabric wear.

👉🏽 One important factor to consider is water type. Depending on where you live, water hardness can vary. Calcium and magnesium levels determine whether water is harder or softer, and this directly affects washing results.

💧 In hard water areas, we recommend:

  • Adding half an extra strip.
  • Using Oxi White or Oxi Clean, which contain baking soda and help regulate the water's pH.

With this small adjustment, you'll notice an improvement in both cleanliness and that fresh "clean smell".

🌸 The pearls don't dissolve properly

We know this can be frustrating, but it's an easy fix 😊

To improve the result:

  • Place the pearls + the strip directly in the drum.
  • Add the laundry on top.
  • Avoid overfilling the machine.
  • Use a cycle of at least 60 minutes at 20–30°C.

With these adjustments, dissolution improves significantly.

💧 The detergent strips don't dissolve

This is uncommon, but it can happen if water doesn't circulate well in the drum.

💡 We recommend:

  • Always placing the strip before the laundry.
  • Not filling the machine more than 80–85%.
  • If you need a heavier load, you can place the strip in small pieces in the detergent drawer.

This way, the water dissolves it faster and it reaches the drum evenly.

🪟 The glass cleaner isn't giving good results

In this case, it's usually due to using too much product (it's very concentrated).

✨ For a perfect finish:

  • Use a small amount.
  • Apply with a damp cloth.
  • Remove the moisture with a dry cloth.

🫧 Also check the preparation:

  • Fill the bottle with 500 ml of water (preferably lukewarm).
  • Add the sachet.
  • Shake.
  • Wait 2–3 minutes.

👕 Clothes don't feel as soft

This is normal when switching to more natural detergents. Even so, you can easily achieve that extra softness.

👉🏽 Options:

  • Use dryer balls (if you have a tumble dryer).
  • Add citric acid (1 tablespoon in the fabric softener drawer).
  • In hard water areas, use Oxi White / Oxi Clean.

The upside is that, by leaving no residue, clothes stay cleaner and more breathable in the long run 💚

🍽️ The dishwasher tablets don't dissolve

Since the ingredients are more natural, they sometimes need a little extra help.

👉🏽 Try this:

  • Avoid the ECO cycle.
  • Use cycles at over 45°C and at least 1 hour.
  • Place the tablet at the bottom of the dishwasher.
  • Make sure nothing is blocking the dispenser and that the filters are clean.

Do I need to remove the film from the tablet?

No. The film is water-soluble and biodegradable, so it dissolves completely during the wash.

🔧 The spray bottle isn't working properly

This may be caused by foam generated when mixing the solution.

👉 Solution:

  • Remove the spray nozzle and press it several times into the air.
  • Reattach it.

If it still doesn't work:

  • Repeat the process.
  • Or apply a little oil to the mechanism if it's stuck.

No, they are exactly the same product:

  • Same formula.
  • Fragrance-free.
  • Suitable for sensitive skin.

🍋 How to use citric acid

Citric acid is a great ally in everyday cleaning.

🏠 Around the home:

  • Removes limescale.
  • Cleans surfaces.
  • Helps to degrease.

👚 In the washing machine:

  • Acts as a natural fabric softener.
  • Prevents clothes from feeling stiff.
  • Removes detergent residue.

🍽️ In the dishwasher:

  • Reduces limescale marks.
  • Improves rinsing.

Especially useful in hard water areas.
