Do you have free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free and with no minimum order amount for mainland Spain, Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona. Additional waiting time may be required for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 24 hours of the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once processed the waiting time will depend on the shipping method selected. For standard or basic shipments the estimated wait time is approximately 5-7 business days after order processing. For premium, express or rush shipments, the estimated wait time is approximately 2-3 business days after the order is processed.
Will I be charged additional taxes?
All shipping taxes are included.
Can I have a tracking code?
A tracking code will only be available for premium shipments. For all other orders, regular postal mail will be used, which does not allow tracking of the order.
